It took me a few years to find Randy, but you will have to search for years to find someone with the perfect storm of great qualities Randy brings to the table: machine work that closely resembles art, the quality equipment he uses, his vast knowledge, and how meticulous he is with every detail, all done in a timely fashion. That is Rachel Precision. I'm probably easily 20 barrels in with all the variants we have tried, and even the worst barrel was capable of winning any PRS match out there. So this review isn't just from someone who happened to get one great barrel.
