Who is Rachel Precision?
Rachel Precision is Randy Rachel’s custom rifle shop in Canton, Mississippi. Randy has been a machinist for more than 40 years, and he builds every rifle for one job: a match or a hunt.
In the 2023 season, 3 of the top 200 PRS Open shooters ran rifles built by Rachel Precision (Precision Rifle Blog, 2024). MDT Pro Shooter Matt Stiner split playing cards from 50 out to 143 yards with a Rachel Precision RimX in MDT’s 2025 .22LR video.

The same barrel work goes into every rifle. What changes is the action, the cartridge and how the rifle has to handle: from a barricade, off a bag, or after a long walk.
