Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

7. Payment and Billing

We do not accept payment through this website. Orders are placed by phone or by inquiry, and we confirm price, availability and shipping with you before payment. We accept payment by the methods we discuss with you when you place your order. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Rachel Precision is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors. Any risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once the products are delivered to the shipping carrier.

Firearms, including complete rifles and rifle actions (receivers), ship only to a federal firearms licensee (FFL). You are responsible for choosing a licensed dealer, for any transfer fee they charge, and for following the laws of your state and locality. We may refuse or cancel any firearm order we believe we cannot lawfully complete.

Some items, including certain magazines, cannot be shipped to some states. Those restrictions are listed on the product page.

8A. Eligibility and Age

By ordering a firearm, an action or any item restricted by law, you confirm that you are the legal minimum age and legally allowed to buy and own it where you live. We may ask for proof before we ship, and we may cancel an order we cannot verify.

9. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a stock item is not as described, contact us and we will make it right. Custom work, including chambered and threaded barrels, engraving and completed builds, is made to your order. Custom work is not returnable once we have begun the build, except for defects in our workmanship. Any firearm or firearm part returned to us must go through a licensed FFL dealer, as required by federal law. If something isn’t right, call (601) 573-2753 and we’ll work it out with you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rachel Precision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products or services in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rachel Precision, its affiliates, and their respective employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our website or violation of these Terms.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Rachel Precision. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third-party sites. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Madison County, Mississippi, or the federal courts for the Southern District of Mississippi, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to our business, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
